- Job Description – Data Entry Executive (Forensic Hard Disk Archival) Position Title Data Entry Executive – Forensic Hard Disk Archival Location Mumbai Department Forensci Experience 0–2 Years Education Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or certification in Computer Applications, Data Management, or IT preferred. Job Summary The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of forensic hard disks, digital evidence media, and archival inventories. The role involves documenting disk movements, updating archival registers, maintaining chain-of-custody records, coordinating with storage vendors, and ensuring the accuracy of forensic asset tracking systems. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Inventory Management Maintain and update the forensic hard disk inventory database. Record details of Target, Backup, and Review disks. Capture and validate information such as: Disk ID Engagement Name Case Reference Number Custodian Information Storage Location Archival Date Retrieval Date Destruction Status Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
