Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager level consultant in the Technical Consulting team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe
Your Key Responsibilities
- Need to work as a Leader to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
- Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
- Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
- Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
- Designing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP guidelines.
- Interacting with SAP vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating new products.
- Staying informed about SAP updates and innovations.
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
- Regular status reporting to the onsite coordinators
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
- Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
- End-to-end HCM Project Management for SAP HCM
- RFP estimations
Skills and attributes for success
- Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
- SPRO configuration end-to-end for the country which he/she expertise.
- Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
- Good knowledge of PTP, BIB and ECP technologies
- Sound knowledge on Payroll control Centre (PCC)
- Configure requirements for UAE payroll end to end
- WPS (Wage Protection System) Integration: Configured SAP HR/PY data to generate WPS-compliant SIF (Salary Information File) formats for direct salary transfers to UAE banks.
- Gratuity & End of Service: Designed specific PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and schemas to calculate End of Service (EOS) benefits in strict accordance with the UAE Labour Law.
- Air Ticket & Leave Encashment: Customized wage types, valuation bases, and accrual rules to handle yearly flight ticket allowances and leave encashment policies.
- Social Security (GPSSA): Configured statutory deductions and employer contributions for UAE nationals in compliance with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) regulations
Ideally, you’ll also
- Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM
- SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
- Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
- Good knowledge in time management
- Certified in ECP, HCM modules

- Over 12+ years of SAP HCM experience including implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 12+ years
- Excellent business communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Hands on role with managing the team
- Good working knowledge on all project phases of SAP HCM
