Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with 10yrs to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Microservice Architecture and Web applications, with a deep understanding of the Payment domain, particularly in Cross Border Payments. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

Technical skills in Java, Spring framework, JMeter, Postman, Karate framework, Rest API REST, JSON, Eclipse, GIT,. lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Microservices and Web technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with design patterns, best practices, and industry standards, provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement, conduct code reviews and ensure that the software development life cycle is followed rigorously. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the Payment domain and evaluate their applicability to our business goals, work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their concerns and provide architectural solutions that align with the strategic vision. Drive innovation by exploring new possibilities in system architecture, particularly in the areas of scalability, security, and performance. Document and maintain architectural frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps.

Qualifications:

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Proven experience of 10 yrs as solution architect. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
