Key roles and responsibilties-

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in advising/ working with PE/VCs, Offshore Funds, AIFs in India and in GIFT, SWF's and Asset Managers on the entire life cycle of a Fund from tax and regulatory perspective (includes GP, fund and management structuring, diligences and transactions structuring and documentation reviews, fund implementation, portfolio level structuring/ reorganisations tax compliances, tax and regulatory advisory etc.) across investment strategies.

4-5 years experience about PE/VC and transactions tax
