Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Should be sales focused and maintain good relationships with Clients
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements are defined, tracked and met for all clients
  • Ability to work both independently as well as lead a team of technical testers on penetration testing and red team engagements.
  • Need to have very good experience of executing and managing work on leading Cyber security frameworks like NIST, CIS, COBIT, PCI DSS, ISO 27001/27002
  • Need to have delivered Cyber maturity assessments along with strong consulting experience in guiding Cyber maturity programs
  • Good and presentable personality in front of Clients with strong communication skills is a must
  • Good technical ability to investigate malware, Cyber incident response related cases with previous experience in managing such investigations with Clients
  • It is preferable to have Forensics background and extensive knowledge of using Forensics tools like EnCase, Axiom, FTK. Certifications in at least one of these tools is a must. If no relevant experience, it should be flexible to quickly learn about the business and utilize it for Cyber incident response and investigation engagements.
  • Should have significant experience in performing and leading Cyber investigations with Clients related to phishing, ransomware and any other Cyber incidents
  • Provide technical leadership and advise to junior team members on SOC related Incident Response activities
  • Revise Standard operation policies & procedures as required and ensure it is followed by the team
  • Identify opportunities to improve security monitoring and operational tasks
  • Convey complex technical security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including executives.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
  • Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training IT Risk and Assurance professionals
  • Common IT governance and control industry frameworks, including CObIT, RiskIT, ValIT, IT
  • Technically enabled IT /business transformation, program and project delivery, design, architecture and solution design, information management, implementation, operations, and management of IT infrastructure
  • Information systems security assessment, design, architecture, implementation
  • Strong technical or security skills related to a broad range of operating systems, databases or security tools, e.g., UNIX, Linux, Windows 2000 and NT, firewalls and IDS systems
  • Familiarity with security and risk standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, COBIT
  • Experience of security testing methods and techniques including network, operating and application system configuration review and internal/external penetration testing
  • An understanding of web-based application vulnerabilities, and experience in application security review and testing
  • Experience in developing custom scripts or programs (used for port scanning and vulnerability identification)
  • Strong academic record including a degree in computer science/information technology
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as CISA, Prince2, PMI, CISSP, CISM, CA, CIA, CGEIT, MBCI
  • Relevant technical qualifications such as MCNE, CCSA, CCSE, CCSP, CNE, RHCE, MCSA
