Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a high-calibre Director to own and scale our practice across the Media & Entertainment vertical. This is a senior commercial and delivery leadership role with full P&L accountability for a portfolio of accounts. You will act as the primary strategic advisor to CXO stakeholders, anchor large transformation mandates, and drive account growth through a combination of deep domain expertise, client trust, and cross-practice collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial ownership & growth
- Own end-to-end P&L for a portfolio of M&E accounts- revenue targets, margin delivery, and year-on-year growth
- Expand existing accounts and open new workstreams across segments including new age digital content, distribution, tech, and ops
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within anchor accounts and adjacencies
- Lead commercial structuring, deal pricing, and risk modelling for large transformation mandates
- Anchor complex pursuit efforts - proposal leadership, solution narratives, executive presentations, and negotiations Client & stakeholder leadership
- Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across media, digital media, OTT, broadcast, films, and content, live events, OOH, radio, print, gaming ecosystems
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor - proactively identify business challenges and position transformative solutions
- Represent the firm at industry forums, client roundtables, and executive briefings Transformation delivery
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes from strategy definition through execution to value realisation
- Drive Post-Merger Integration (PMI) mandates - operating model design, synergy capture, and cultural integration
- Steer business turnaround engagements: cost restructuring, revenue recovery, and operational stabilisation
- Oversee programme governance, delivery quality, and risk management across concurrent engagements
- Translate complex strategic recommendations into executable roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs People & thought leadership
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams
- Collaborate across strategy, analytics, technology, and operations practices to deliver integrated solutions
- Shape the firm's thought leadership agenda in M&E ecosystem via whitepapers, PoVs, and industry publications
- Contribute to practice-building: methodologies, toolkits, and capability development
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- MBA from tier 1 Business School
Experience
- •\t12–15 years of total experience, with at least 6–8 years in a senior consulting or transformation leadership role •\tProven track record of P&L ownership in a consulting or advisory environment •\tDeep domain expertise in one or more segments: OTT/Streaming, Broadcast, Film & Content, Music, Gaming, etc •\tDemonstrated experience leading large transformation, PMI, or turnaround engagements independently •\tStrong commercial acumen and experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and pursuit leadership
