Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• We are looking to hire an experienced professional as Director in our Chemicals Practice with the CHS vertical. Key Responsibilities - For our clients in the Chemicals sector 1. Formulate Growth strategy for clients 2. Conduct various Due Diligences as part of M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients 3. Pricing and Commercial Excellence to improve margins and profitability 4. Lead large scale transformation programs focused on growth and EBITDA improvement. 5. Digital and AI strategy creation and implementation Key Responsibilities - Practice & People 1. Lead engagement delivery end to end to engagement management and pro-active business development over time. 2. Develop and refine propositions for clients across various parts of the value chain to enhance sales and pipeline 3. Lead in Business Development with new and existing clients 4. Lead and mentor consulting teams, Training and building capability of sector team. 5. Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts on relevant sub-sectors 6. Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• Master of Business Administration
• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• 8 - 10 years in Business /Strategy Consulting
