Manager- Sales Transformation
Role Summary
The Manager- Sales Transformation will play a critical role in driving commercial and digital transformation initiatives for clients, helping them stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace. This role involves designing and delivering end-to-end sales strategies, operating models, and customer-centric solutions. The Manager will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation programs that enhance sales effectiveness, improve customer experience, and unlock measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy, Design & Advisory
- Develop and implement sales transformation strategies with a focus on sales operating models, sales planning, GTM design, and customer segmentation.
- Design customer-centric commercial models including channel strategy, buyer journey enhancements, and operating model optimization
Consulting Delivery & Project Execution
- Lead consulting engagements across the full project lifecycle, from research and business case development to execution and close-out.
- Conduct analysis of sales processes, buyer needs, and customer behavior through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data-driven assessments.
- Implement sales transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and performance models aligned with business objectives.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and collaborative design sessions to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support decision-making and change management activities to accelerate adoption of new sales strategies and solutions.
Digital Sales Enablement & Solution Delivery
- Support technology-led sales transformation including CRM, CPQ, ICM, CX platforms, and related SaaS sales solutions.
- Define how digital tools integrate into broader sales, channel, and customer engagement ecosystems.
- Use analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance sales productivity, forecasting, and governance.

- Stakeholder & Client Management: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and manage cross-functional collaboration.

- Project & Program Leadership: Ability to manage complex transformation programs with strong organization, planning, and execution discipline.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10–12 years of total experience with at least 6 years in sales transformation consulting and implementation
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field
- Experience designing sales operating models aligned to growth strategies and organizational capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in delivering sales transformation initiatives such as:
- GTM and sales process assessment
- Inside sales and sales operations improvement
- Sales data analytics and performance management
- Large-scale transformation program leadership
- SaaS and digital solution enablement
Familiarity with key commercial technology platforms and tools, including CRM, CPQ, and ICM, with knowledge of:
- Sales optimization and operations
- Product configuration, rules, and guided selling
- Deal governance and commercial performance management
- Experience building deal governance, client engagement frameworks, and consulting accelerators.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and drive outcomes in diverse environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and transformation opportunities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
