Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Must Have:
• Must have worked in a consulting organization (Big Four or Tier 2 Consulting) in the financial services domain
• Exposure to business and technology transformation programs
• Understanding of future technologies (Gen AI, Agentic AI) and their business values
• Good communication skills
• Good collaboration skill across teams and clients
• Exposure to working tools such as MS suite (must be proficient in PPT, Word, MPP, Excel), Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro/Mural Good to have skills
• Experience in implementation of Digital transformation projects such as (but not limited to) Digital channels (IB, MB, CRM or other channels), origination, onboarding, collections, lead management, customer service platforms. Experience with core systems such as LMS
• Understanding of Fintech ecosystem & India Stack such as KYC, BSA, NACH, BREs etc
• Understanding of end-to-end application architecture, APIs & API gateways, DBMS, middlewares etc.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as SFDC, MS Dynamics, CRMNxt
• Exposure to working in Agile set-ups for project delivery (Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience in working of proposals/pursuits for business development activities
• Tech engineering/Code development background Key responsibilities:
• Experience in executing Digital/IT Transformations in financial services domain for all sizes of Banks (Public and private sector) in India, Middle East or UK geography
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate Digital/Tech implementation ambitions of client into business value
• Understanding of lending & liabilities process both from origination as well as servicing standpoint
• Understanding of lead management, customer engagement & servicing, customer 360 design
• Understanding of working with Fintechs/India Stack and new-age origination & servicing platforms
• Ability to collaborate with client & other stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points and business objectives
• Experience in Banking process design: As-is assessment & documentation, Gap identification, business process re-engineering and revamped process-flow design leveraging tools such as Visio
• Experience in translating business processes into functional & non-functional requirements through client & other stakeholder interactions/workshops. Drafting detailed Business Requirement Documents/User stories/illustrative wireframes
• Experience in working with large teams and multiple stakeholders such as various client teams, internal EY teams and other partners such as product, IT, Design, risk, sales, ops, Fintech & platform partners etc.
• Experience in working with solution architects & engineering/testing teams to define detailed technical solution such as APIs & orchestrations, user interactions with channels, DB structures, test cases etc
• Experience in driving end-to-end tech implementation of modules/workstreams by working closely with engineering teams as well as project stakeholders
• You will be owing the implementation of the assigned workstream/functionality/module on the tech platform and will need to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery as per client’s needs. This will require you to play multiple roles on the project as per need across the SDLC.
• Exposure to the Architecture Design areas like - Conceptual Architecture Design, Integration Architecture design, Logical Architecture design, Modelling of System on Enterprise Architect
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, cloud native architectures & related patterns/practices
• Experience in functional designing of APIs with deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON and testing the same.
• Well versed with industry standard digital frameworks across web, mobile and other channels
• Exposure to complete life cycle of software development and project management.
• Having used Agile methodologies in the past, experience in using DevOps & Automation Tools will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of AI stack and experience in training LLMs and application of Copilot, Agentforce etc will be advantageous
• Demonstrable participation with Project Teams to Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as appropriate
• Experience in research activities, thought-leadership artefacts creation, proposal & PoV drafting, participating client presentations
• Presentation of various design artefacts to client
• Experience in doing Project Management / Programme Management roles for medium to large scale projects across multiple teams, participants
• Ability to deliver against strict timescales and timelines, escalating any issues to the appropriate individual(s) when required
• Demonstrable aptitude for logical thinking
• Effective conceptualisation, pattern recognition and design skills
• Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
• Ability to remain unbiased to specific technologies or vendors, providing an objective and fact-based viewpoint
• Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills, simplifying complex technical messages
• To act as a role model and mentor to junior team members IT Consulting Skills
• Knowledge and exposure to various IT Consulting areas like Digital/IT Strategy, IT TOM, Enterprise Architecture, IT Process Improvement, IT Cost Optimization, IT Organization Design, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Sourcing Advisory, PMO Setup and services is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Core Banking and other peripheral systems in a bank, overall IT Setup in a Bank. Client Relationship
• Respond to client request on timely basis and maintain appropriate working relationship with the client
• Excellent delivery skills with an urge for getting repeat mandates from the client.
• Interact and maintain relationship with client project coordinator and other relevant client personnel, Stakeholder management Practice Development
• Should be able to help in defining the GTM ( Go-to-Market) Strategy for the Advisory practice from a technology standpoint
• Lead proposals, approach notes and responses for RFP bids as and when needed
• Keep abreast of current trends and ongoing development of technical skills in Fin-Tech space.

• •\tCertification like CSPO, CBAP, PMP/CSM, MS Dynamics/SFDC stack, Azure/AWS will be preferred •\tPreference will be given to candidates with proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, MS suite, MIRO/Mural, Figma etc
