The opportunity

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant/Consultant IT Process improvement & Supply Chain Optimization.

Please note following while selecting/shortlisting the candidates.

1)SQL should be strong. People say that they have SQL knowledge, even mention on CV, but they fail to answer anything in R1. SQL proficiency should be at least 3.5/5. They should known basics, Joins, complex joins, if else, etc. Not expecting to write queries like store procedure in Prod but they should be well versed in sql and should be proficient.

2) They should have knowledge in financial products such as Fixed Income Derivatives or even basic terminologies like trade life cycle, primary markets, secondary markets, IPO’s, etc. People say they have worked in BFSI but fail to answer on at least basics. If person have worked on Payment, they should well for payment domain atleast.

3) Agile certification is not mandatory but they should be aware of basics of Agile like Scrum ceremonies, etc even though they have not worked.

4) Data Analysis (A,B,C,D..) should be known for the same. They should be able to answer on questions like how data can be cleaned, etc.

5) They are looking for 3-5 years. Even 7.5 of exp will do.
