Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Labour law compliance technology specialist role

• Has deep knowledge of technology tools for labour law compliance management –
• Configuring and setting up clients on the tool
• Configuring and setting up vendors (for third party audit) on the tool
• Configuring and setting up client specific compliances and timelines on the tool
• Providing technical / business support for building enhanced versions of labour law compliance management technology tool
• Ability to lead client demos for labour law compliance management technology tool
• Overall super admin responsibility for labour law compliance management technology tool
• Has practical understanding of last-mile labour law payroll and establishment compliance - for both IT-ITES / service companies and factories with presence across the country
• Has technical knowledge of various central and state labour laws / rules, compliance requirements, notifications, circulars, etc

Job description :

• Take overall responsibility for developing, managing and deploying labour law compliance management (with support from technology team)
• Lead client demos for labour law compliance management technology tool
• Overall super admin responsibility for labour law compliance management technology tool
