The opportunity
EYP’s Real Estate practice advises clients on delivering the board agenda through end-to-end business transformation—from strategic planning to driving execution and monitoring value realisation. The team works closely with clients to advise on areas such as Go To Market Strategy, Sales Acceleration, Construction Excellence, Cost Optimisation, Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery:
- Ownership of a track / workstream / program
- Engage with client stakeholders (CXOs, mid-level and executives) to understand current ways of working (Strategy / Process / Technology / Analytics).
- Conduct data-driven analysis across commercial, operational, customer, and digital dimensions to derive insights and recommendations
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, including strategy documents, business cases, operating models, process maps, and transformation roadmaps
- Align client stakeholders (CXO’s, mid-level and executives) on the solution
- Design and implementation of solutions
- Drive adoption of the solution and monitor its impact on the business
- Oversee day-to-day project management, guiding teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within scope
- Sharpen the value proposition of current delivery assets
- Contribute in enhancing external eminence of the practice: Thought leaderships, articles, participation in industry body events
- Contribute to client pitch: Probing the client to understand their needs / wants and problem statements, crafting a value proposition
- Contribute to RE Industry and Functional Expertise Development: Stay updated on sector trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and digital innovations; build and refine frameworks, tools, and accelerators to enable seamless value delivery to client
- Collaborate across teams to build an integrated solution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and working sessions with CXOs, BU heads, and cross-functional teams to drive leadership alignment and decision-making
- Ensure quality, governance, and compliance across engagements while driving measurable business impact
- Drive construction planning, budgeting, estimation, tendering, and procurement optimization across the construction lifecycle
- Set-up and run PMOs / Control Towers for project portfolio (engage and coordinate across project directors, site engineers, architects, PMCs, contractors, and vendors)
- Identify cost efficiencies, value‐engineering opportunities, and budget leakages across materials, contractors, and execution stages
- Assess current construction processes and implement best-practice operating models for productivity, quality, and cost control
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across project planning, site execution, performance tracking, and procurement workflows
- Work with cross functional teams to drive schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and performance improvement
Preferred experience
- Experience working with Tier 1 developer pan India, across large-scale Real Estate Infrastructure or EPC projects
- Proven track record in driving measurable improvements for real estate clients through reduced cycle times, improved cost-to-complete accuracy, accelerated construction timelines, and enhanced project governance.
- Experience in Planning, Budgeting, Estimation, Tendering, or Procurement in Real Estate/EPC
- Exposure to digital interventions in construction excellence, project management systems, ERP, BIM, digital dashboards, site digitalisation, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Experience implementing construction best practices, cost controls, and execution standards across planning, procurement, and site operations
Technical Experience
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency with MS-Office (particularly, Power Point and Excel)
- Professional network and networking skills
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Masters in Construction Management or Civil Engineering from Tier-1 Institute
Experience
- 5+ years of consulting experience with expertise in Project planning and monitoring, Procurement or Contracting Strategy, driving Schedule and Cost Optimization programs in Real Estate sector
