Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Contribute towards various Knowledge initiatives for Strategy and Transactions ( SAT) in India in terms of harnessing, cataloguing and using internal knowledge for future reference (credentials, case studies, thought leaderships, proposals, engagement deliverables, cross teaming etc) Contribute towards Go-To-Market initiatives for various SAT teams (there are 7-8 different solution lines) by using our digital platforms and aiding them with insights Market research and analysis - Track transaction activity, market news etc. to perform competitive analysis and generate leads for leadership consumption Manage multiple stakeholders/ work in direct connect with leadership Manage and update knowledge base with content processing tasks (sanitizing & disguising, tagging and doing industry and functional coding) Contribute in furthering the digital agenda for SAT and enabling Knowledge through digital tools Provide coaching/mentoring to team members, as required and ensure timely, zero-defect completion of responsibilities and duties; Prioritize and set deadlines Any new roles/ requirements as required by the leadership to be fulfilled by the Knowledge team Skills Required Proficiency in MS Office specifically excel and ppt Familiarity with data driven tools and platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau etc and AI Fluency in written and oral communication Thoroughness and perseverance in work Analytical bent of mind Ability to switch between tasks and capacity to absorb additional work in peak seasons Familiarity with Corporate Finance concepts specifically around M&A, funding, divestments etc

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Master of Commerce
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

• Data Analysis (2+ years)
• Business Intelligence (3+ years)
