Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- The Risk Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) team supports compliance and risk management, vendor onboarding, and engagement-related processes including third-party approvals and documentation. This role provides exposure to quality and risk management operations, engagement handling, and coordination with internal stakeholders while working closely with engagement teams. Job Specification:
- Graduate (any discipline) or above
- 0–2 years of experience Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle vendor onboarding requests and manage RM COE service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely completion, escalations, proper documentation, and adherence to defined procedures, timelines and ethical standards.
- Be responsible for delivering highest quality on every task assigned in line with the EY methodology and the expectations of the engagement teams
- Execute & deliver high quality work as per RM CoE defined procedures
- Build knowledge about risk management which includes understanding significant business processes, and other risks specific to a client’s business
- Coordinate with engagement teams and requestors regularly to resolve issues, maintain records, and support smooth process execution.
- Drive quality and process improvement by identifying issues early, escalating where needed, and suggesting efficiency enhancements across requests.
- Assist in reviewing vendor onboarding documentation, support validation of third-party details and risk considerations before onboarding to ensure completeness and compliance with RM policies and requirements.
- Maintain and update vendor and engagement-related trackers/databases
