We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Accounting & Operations-

 

  • Manage monthly / quarterly accounting for investment funds along with routine BAU.
  • NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and expense allocations.
  • Ensure accurate booking of transactions including investments, income, fees, and expenses.
  • GP Allocation & Carry/Waterfall Calculations etc..
  • Computation of GP allocation models in accordance with fund agreements.
  • Calculate carried interest and waterfall distributions.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all carry and allocation models.
  • Investor Reporting-
  • Prepare investor capital account statements, IRRs, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate investor communications including capital call notices, distribution notices, and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor reports and respond to investor queries.
  • Audit support / Compliance-
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
  • Preparation of quarterly/yearly financial statements and related audit coordination
  • Ensure adherence to fund documentation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, and internal client investment teams.

 

Qualifications / Preferred Attributes:

 

  • CA or equivalent preferred; non-CA candidates with relevant experience also considered.
  • 2 -9 years of experience in core fund accounting, preferably in private equity or alternative investments.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, GP/LP allocations, and waterfall models.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
