The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market contains the following industries: Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation that includes Mobility-as-a-Service. Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Financial Expertise: Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
Proficiency in MS Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, and other MS Office applications.
Leadership: Proven experience leading financial teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s or relevant certification preferred).
6-8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proven track record of leading FPA functions and driving financial performance in a corporate environment.
Experience
Preferable with experience of 3-5 years minimum in FP&A field specifically.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA):
Supporting in financial planning and analysis function, including annual planning, budgeting exercises, and ongoing monitoring.
Prepare weekly MIS reports and analyse budget vs. actual performance across service lines and sectors.
Provide detailed analysis of pipeline, highlighting shortfalls, gaps, and variances in plan vs. actuals.
Reporting and Communication:
Compile and present performance reports to leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication of financial data.
Tracking the KPI and monitoring the performance and
Preparing presentations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
Monitoring Sales and Pipeline with
Escalate issues related to high unbilled inventory, sticky collections, and overdue invoices, ensuring timely resolution.
Sales and Account Analysis:
Conduct detailed account analysis, including tracking plan Vs Actuals , Sold Book, Top Key pursuits by Account
Work closely with sales and service teams to optimize pipeline performance and revenue generation.
Budget and Forecasting:
Supporting the team in tracking plans by account and ensuring they are backed up with respective delivery Partner
Work with team members on annual planning and budgeting process,
Monitor forecasts and analyse reasons for understanding gap in Budget Vs ACtuals
