The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life. 

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.


Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Key Responsibilities Strategic Hiring & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across business functions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Drive hiring initiatives for bulk, niche, and leadership hiring requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future positions. Stakeholder & Business Partnering Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities. Act as a recruitment advisor by providing market intelligence, talent trends, and hiring recommendations. Conduct regular hiring reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Team Management Guide, mentor, and support recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and quality of hires. Drive process adherence, capability building, and best practices within the recruitment team. Offer Management & Onboarding Lead offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and closure strategies. Ensure smooth candidate engagement from selection to onboarding. Drive joining conversions and minimize offer dropouts through proactive engagement. Recruitment Analytics & Governance Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, aging, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire. Prepare recruitment dashboards and leadership reports. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, audit requirements, and process governance. Employer Branding & Vendor Management Strengthen employer branding initiatives through social media, referrals, and networking platforms. Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and external hiring partners to maximize sourcing effectiveness. Drive diversity hiring and talent engagement initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Team leadership and people management capabilities. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Recruitment analytics and reporting expertise. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Computer Applications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Business Administration
  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • Talent Acquisition (5+ years)
