Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc. 


Your key responsibilities

  • Strong experience in preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP, IFRS 9/Ind AS 109 or US GAAP including variance analysis of Balance sheet and P&L
  • Experience of working on Ind AS proforma financial statement submitted to RBI
  • Experience in implementation and migration process of GL, sub-GL systems and chart of accounts.
  • Experience of collaborating with accounting, finance, and operational teams to gather data and insights for reporting. Collaborating with IT and external vendors to implement new financial systems and tools.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • MIS reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement closure process/
  • Experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting templates and dashboards by use of Power BI and VBA Macros.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, treasury and derivative products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of working on Murex, Calypso and Summit and other treasury systems
