Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • About the Role The Analyst will support the PAS team in delivering high-quality consulting and advisory services across Talent, HR Transformation, Mobility, Organization Effectiveness, and Workforce Strategy. The role involves analysis, research, project coordination, and preparing client-ready deliverables. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze HR/workforce-related data for client engagements. Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. 2. Client Project Support Assist in end-to-end project delivery across PAS service lines such as: Global Mobility Workforce Planning HR Operating Model & Process Design Change Management Organization Design Rewards & Performance Management Prepare client presentations, proposals, and documentation. 3. Research Conduct research on HR practices, policies, industry trends, and regulatory updates. Compile insights to support solution development for clients. 4. Process Documentation & Transformation Support process mapping, SOP creation, and gap analysis. Assist in improvement initiatives and transformation projects. 5. Stakeholder Coordination Work with internal teams, managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements. Manage project trackers, timelines, and reporting. Required Skills & Competencies -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI exposure is an advantage. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. -Detail-oriented with a consulting mindset. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Commerce
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Internship or prior experience in people advisory, consulting, or analytics is a plus.

Experience

  • 0-2 years prior experience in people advisory services
