Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • The Analyst will provide operational, financial, and administrative support to the Transaction Tax team. The role involves assisting with engagement setup, project administration, invoicing, financial tracking, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure smooth execution and management of client engagements. Key Responsibilities Engagement Management Support Assist in creation and maintenance of engagement codes and project records in internal systems. Support engagement acceptance and onboarding processes. Track status of engagement setup requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Maintain engagement documentation and ensure completeness of records. Billing and Invoicing Coordinate preparation and processing of client invoices. Monitor billing milestones and follow up on pending invoicing requirements. Support collection of relevant details for invoice generation and revisions. Assist in tracking receivables and outstanding invoices. Financial Monitoring and Reporting Maintain engagement financial trackers and project MIS. Monitor budgets, time charged, recoveries, and realization metrics. Support preparation of weekly and monthly financial dashboards. Assist the team in analyzing engagement performance metrics. Administrative and Operational Support Coordinate with internal support functions such as Finance, Risk Management, Talent, and Operations teams. Manage data requests, reports, and information repositories. Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers, and supporting team initiatives. Maintain accuracy of engagement and client-related information in internal systems. MIS and Data Management Prepare management reports and periodic performance summaries. Ensure timely updates of engagement databases and tracking tools. Support data validation and reconciliation activities. Generate ad hoc reports for partners and engagement teams. Compliance and Process Adherence Ensure compliance with internal policies and engagement management procedures. Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and review purposes. Escalate operational issues and process bottlenecks on a timely basis.

 


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, finance support, project coordination, MIS reporting, billing, or back-office functions.
