The Opportunity – Analyst -ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) - Mumbai
Your key responsibilities

Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG metrics in alignment with regulatory and internal reporting frameworks.

Conduct research on ESG trends, industry benchmarks, and sustainability disclosures to support strategy development.

Assist in preparation of ESG reports, scorecards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external agencies
Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

Understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Proficiency in data interpretation and MS Excel/Power BI for ESG data analysis.

Good communication and report-writing skills.

Proactive, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
To qualify for the role you must have
- 2-4 years of exp into relevant ESG role
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with professional qualifications in ESG and Sustainability, or related International Standards.
Ideally you’ll also have
- Confidence to present information to various stakeholders, lead client workshops and represent the company at industry events
- The ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Flexibility to work under pressure, responding to changing legislation and project & program demand
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to enable you to think outside the box
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills for analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, carrying out research, writing reports and making recommendations
