Tax- Transfer Pricing Expert

The opportunity

We are now looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Expert to take a leadership role in our Transfer Pricing Team. Our Transfer Pricing Team team advises multinational and domestic entities on domestic direct taxation matters and international tax developments.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist clients in designing and developing defendable transfer pricing policies and models.
• Perform economic and financial analysis and models.
• Assist clients in implementation of their transfer pricing models and policies.
• Draft transfer pricing reports for documentation and audit defense purposes.
• Assist in developing strategies for clients for obtaining advance pricing agreements and supporting the negotiations between tax authorities.
• Work with our international tax team on structuring international arrangements.
• Actively mentor and coach transfer pricing junior staff and provide constructive feedback to support their development

Skills And Attributes For Success:

• Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
• Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents, participating in advanced pricing agreements (APAs) and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits
• Supplying innovative transfer pricing ideas alongside responsive services and work products
• Coordinating work with other client service colleagues locally and globally to drive collaboration

Technical skills requirement: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or another relevant discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum of 8 years of transfer pricing related work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
