The Opportunity
As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement business driven process steps and business transformation solutions using the Pega Platform.
As a PEGA Business Architect, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, supporting the design of scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes and guiding delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of Pega implementations. We are looking for candidates with strong business analysis expertise in the Pega ecosystem and proven delivery capability on Pega based transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis activities, working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritise business requirements
• Translate business requirements into artefacts such as business process steps, BPM diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, SAs) to ensure functional requirements are accurately reflected in solution design and implementation
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and design sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Support backlog definition, refinement, and prioritisation in alignment with business goals
• Ensure business processes are optimised, standardised, and aligned with Pega best practices
• Contribute to testing activities by validating business scenarios, supporting UAT, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations
• Provide regular status updates and contribute to project reporting and governance activities
Skills and Attributes for Success
• Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) or Certified Lead Business Architect (CLBA)
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements definition within Pega implementations
• Strong understanding of business process management, case lifecycle design, and customer journey modelling
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and participation in Scrum ceremonies
• Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams while maintaining a strong business perspective
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Applied knowledge of BPR methodologies and certification (e.g. Lean Sigma) will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Management, or Equivalent.
• Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified Pega Lead Business Architect (CLBA)
