The opportunity
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will learn to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and support technology-driven transformation projects in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops
  • Help design improved business processes using tools specialised tools
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
  • Participate in testing and validation of solutions
  • Support user training and change management activities
  • Continuously develop your skills in business analysis and financial services

Who You Are

  • Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with business process or agile tools is a plus but not required
