The opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HR professional to join the EY Talent Team. If you possess a genuine enthusiasm for Human Resources and are eager to advance your career while enhancing your knowledge and skills, this position presents an exciting opportunity for you.
In this role, you will report to the HR Manager.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, the key responsability will be, but is not limited to:
• Design, develop and implement student programs, including developing relationship with institutions, finding future talent, attendance at career fairs and organising events related to students.
• Be responsible for the coordination of the internship program during the summer months including training delivery.
• Acting as HR Business Partner for EY’s Service Lines.
• Supporting other HR operational activities.
• Participating in and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
• Assisting in various training and development activities, seminars, and events as directed.
• Performing any other related duties as required within the Talent function.
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or program management.
• A passion for student recruitment, with prior experience in recruitment marketing or a desire to learn.
• Experience of public speaking/ delivering workshops.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
• A strong work ethic and high integrity.
• A meticulous approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• A self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
