We are seeking consultants to join our team of talented Business Transformation professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, learning, and career development within our organisation. We serve as an essential link that connects with all areas of EY to design and implement transformative changes for our clients.
Leveraging EY’s proven methodologies and multi-disciplinary expertise, as a consultant at EY, you will play an active role in supporting businesses to deliver complex transformation initiatives that drive sustainable, long-term success which enhances operational efficiency, customer experience and business agility.

Your key responsibilities
At EY, working in a team means coordinating with other team members to deliver a seamless, integrated approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Manage workstreams or components of transformation projects / programs, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and risk management.
•    Develop and maintain project materials, track progress against milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results.
•    Identify risks and issues, escalating appropriately, and support change management activities to facilitate adoption.
•    Document the current state of business processes and contribute to the design and enhancement of business processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical initiatives.
•    Participate in workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.
•    Contribute insights and innovative ideas to high-quality project deliverables.
•    Display teamwork and integrity in client and internal interactions.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
•    Experience in business process reengineering projects and / or process improvement initiatives. 
•    Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and observations.
•    Capability to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
•    Effective problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills. 
•    Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes.
•    Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business and Computing or a related field.
•    A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) would be considered as an asset.
•    At least 2 years of experience, in any of the following areas: IT systems implementation, ERP implementations, BPR and / or performance improvement initiatives.
