The opportunity


As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be a part of our National Transfer Pricing Team, and broadly as part of our International Tax and Transaction Services team.  We offer depth of experience through a local, national and worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing professionals. You will be offered excellent opportunities for learning and career advancement. We will also provide immigration support services for international candidates.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Manager in our Transfer Pricing practice, you will be part of a team that works with the world’s leading multinational enterprises to develop global pricing policies, defend transfer pricing practices in government audits, facilitate negotiations between tax authorities, and prepare supporting documentation. You will participate in and supervise various challenging transfer pricing engagements and contribute to the delivery of quality transfer pricing services to our diverse clients.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • An understanding of technical transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply transfer pricing principles to client situations
  • Advanced knowledge of business management principles including a thorough understanding of financial accounting and analytical concepts plus basic micro and macro-economics
  • The ability to work effectively within as well as lead teams of diverse individuals in an inclusive environment that promotes creativity and open exchange of ideas
  • Skilled in managing client interactions, organizing information, and ensure timeliness in delivery in accordance with strictly established timelines
  • Capable of identifying growth opportunities in existing transfer pricing mandates
  • Strong business writing skills
     

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • An undergraduate degree in economics, accounting, finance, law or business management academic fields
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional level verbal and written proficiency in French and English
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
     

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A graduate degree or a professional designation
  • The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
