The Opportunity
We are seeking a Staff Consultant for our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse range of capabilities, service offerings, and industries, providing you with invaluable hands-on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and summarizing client and project information concisely and logically, ensuring that insights are easily understood and actionable.
- Contribute to high-quality client deliverables with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and structured communication.
- Support change management, workforce transformation, and HR initiatives by conducting research, preparing presentations, and gathering data to drive insights.
- Work closely with project teams to understand client needs, identify challenges, and propose effective, innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Demonstrate critical thinking by asking clarifying questions, proactively addressing risks, and raising potential solutions.
- Maintain accountability for work quality and ensure deliverables align with client and project objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal team members to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Understand project delivery expectations and demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A related bachelor’s degree.
- Basic understanding of business development, consulting methodologies, and project delivery expectations.
- Interest in workforce transformation, organizational design, or talent management.
- Fluency in French and English (bilingualism is a requirement for this role).
- Previous experience in consulting or a related field would be considered an asset.
