The opportunity

 

We are actively seeking a Digital Identity Senior Manager (Sailpoint/Saviynt) to join our Cybersecurity team. You’ll work alongside respected industry professionals, learning about and applying leading practices to better manage cybersecurity people, process and technology capabilities. You’ll gain insights into the design and operations of cybersecurity programs and strategies in a variety of industries and learn how to design measurable, sustainable programs to keep up with the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape.

 

This position falls within our Consulting team, which helps our clients enhance the effectiveness of operations functions by assisting them as they shift their emphasis from transaction-level control, processing and reporting to more value driven, decision support and analytics.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Digital Identity Senior Manager (Sailpoint/Saviynt), you'll develop, deliver and lead cybersecurity and IT risk client engagements as well as internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships in public and private sector.

 

You'll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within new and existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY's commitment to quality, you'll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Must have at least 7-10 years of Build and Implementation experience with SailPoint or Saviynt
  • Must have performed end-to-end SailPoint/Saviynt implementation
  • Experience in installing and configuring SailPoint/Saviynt environment
  • Candidate must have experience in prioritizing application on-boarding needs, requirements gathering for compliance and provisioning
  • Candidate must have designed advanced IdentityIQ deployment strategy
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the SailPoint Identity IQ components like Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Custom Workflows, RBAC, Risk Model
  • Candidate must have an understanding of industry best practices for access administration (Provisioning, de-provisioning), access enforcements (authentication protocols) and access governance (certification, logging, monitoring etc.)
  • Experience in carrying out integration with Workday as an identity source with provisioning into LDAP and Active Directory
  • Experience is setting up SoD and Recertification process
  • Knowledge of development (JAVA, WebServices etc)


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with other key components of cybersecurity such as network & infrastructure security, access and identity management, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk and compliance, security architecture, data protection and others.
