Our evolving suite of Finance Optimization service offerings includes Finance Strategy and Operating Model, Performance Management & Costing, Business Process Optimization, Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”), consolidation and budget planning tools (“EPM”), Finance Integration during acquisitions and Data Analytics. Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in the Finance Optimization practice, you will be a member of our team responsible for carrying out various engagements from our service offering described above.

- Co-facilitate workshops
- Prepare deliverables in French and English, depending on client needs. Our reports are mainly prepared using MS PowerPoint
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central or D365 Finance & Operations, SAP S4/HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
- Basic proficiency in EPM tools such as OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Adaptive, Blackline, etc.
- Maintain cooperative relationships and foster mutual support with other EY service line teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain good relationships with clients
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or data management/analysis
- At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience
- Experience in financial accounting or audit, financial analysis, process optimization/documentation or as an assistant controller in a company
- Experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Highly adaptable and open to change
- Integrity within a professional environment
- Working proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- An accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
- Certification in ERP system or EPM tool configuration
