  • Identify control enhancements and process improvement opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day engagement lead
  • Manage engagement scope, workplans, budgets, risks, quality, and reporting, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and expected outcomes
  • Coach and develop junior team members, contribute to proposals and business development activities, and stay current on relevant business, regulatory, and industry trends

To qualify for the role you must have

Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOX, ICFR, ITGCs, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital Risk, Data Risk, or other Non-Financial Risk disciplines.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, project plans, budgets, deliverables, and engagement risks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to senior stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have

A relevant professional designation, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRISC; experience within Financial Services; and experience supporting proposals, account development, or other business development activities.
