The Opportunity

The Neurodiversity Centre of Excellence (NCoE) team specializes in delivering innovation, technology enablement, business efficiency and improvement to solve problems for EY clients and support service lines across the firm. Associate Consultants on the NCoE team serve a large variety of clients and projects. You will work as part of a client serving team across industries, with opportunities to apply your diverse skills in many kinds of business. Key functional areas of competency for the NCoE team include data analytics, automation, and cybersecurity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and data visualization tasks
  • Organize, audit and document data and contribute to technical documents
  • Work with multiple technology platforms, operating systems, coding languages 
  • Work among technical, business, and creative teams to generate solutions and proof of concept technological solutions for clients
  • Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for this role, you must have 

  • Undergraduate education in any field related to Business or Technology (e.g., Commerce, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Marketing)
  • Proficiency with MS Office 
  • Proficiency with multiple operating systems, experience with coding and vulnerability scanning tools
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data
  • Effective organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to provide written and oral communication


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages is an asset
  • High level of interest in innovation and emerging technologies
  • Technical writing experience
