We are currently looking for professionals with experience in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance & Reporting, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), People Advisory Services, Tax Technology and Transformation. We are also looking for professionals with experience in Labour Law, Credit Collection, Corporate Law, IT and Data Protection and Intellectual Property to enrich our Law Department.

Business Tax Services: BTA professionals combine an extraordinary breadth of Tax knowledge with great depth of expertise in their chosen Sectors. Often acting as a connector for bringing the whole of EY to our clients, they are true Tax polymaths. 

Global Compliance and Reporting integrates EY tax and financial services to become a trusted partner for our clients. Through our best-in-class technology and unsurpassed global team, we provide a full range of in-house and outsourcing services, enabling our clients to focus on their strategic business priorities.

Indirect Tax: Our network combines technical knowledge with industry understanding and access to technologically advanced tools and methodologies. We identify risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities for indirect taxes throughout the tax life cycle, helping clients meet their compliance obligations and business goals around the world.

International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS): Our practice helps financial sponsors, private capital enterprises and multinational corporations proactively address challenges by bringing globally connected services to all tax aspects of their business and investment models, corporate structure, treasury management and overall tax and transaction strategy. 

Tax Technology Transformation delivers tax technology and transformation services designed to improve the operational effectiveness of the client tax function and the efficient delivery of EY tax technical services.

Law Department: EY lawyers understand the complex tax, regulatory and commercial laws of today’s economy. With our multidisciplinary approach, we help clients offering integrated and detailed legal assistance with cross-border teams with high standard experience.

Labour Law: Advising on complex labor and employment law projects across geographies, EY teams support our clients throughout the entire evolution of business, helping you to manage the people-related legal aspects of restructuring, mergers, takeovers and all types of business transformation. We support companies in the draft of top management employment contracts, proposing innovative solutions of commitment to business results, covering all aspects ranging from security and non-competition clauses, to fiscal related issues, incentive and welfare plans.

Credit Collection: our legal team of Credit Collection is responsible for assisting clients in the judicial and out-of-court stages of civil, commercial, banking and corporate law. EY lawyers also provide assistance on matters of bankruptcy law, valuation of non-performing loans, companies subject to preventive anti-mafia measures and auditing in the insurance sector.

Corporate Law: EY’s corporate teams are part of a multinational network that provides legal advice in all major business areas, including employment and benefits, environmental, and tax law. This helps EY cover the range of issues that may arise in a single corporate transaction, so that our clients can operate with confidence across jurisdictions and make the most of today’s business opportunities. Our team represents companies in many aspects of their corporate life, from establishment through to various aspects of evolution. This encompasses day-to-day advice on all legal forms, effective planning and implementation support for corporate reorganizations, domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

IT and Data Protection: Our legal team of IT & Data Protection offers services regarding privacy and protection of personal data. Our lawyers provide assistance on all aspects related to the law of new technologies and ICT, supporting the development and compliance of new digital business models. The multidisciplinary and passionate approach of the team members allows them to provide highly qualified consulting services in different areas: e-commerce, e-government, artificial intelligence, electronic signatures, IT documents and digital identity management, dematerialization and change management processes, electronic payments, Blockchain, Fintech, App and other devices, including other regulatory aspects.

Intellectual Property (IP): EY IP Law team providesassistance and legal advice in the acquisition, development, exploitation and protection of intellectual property rights, as well as legal protection before the competent authorities. Our professionals are distinguished by a specialized approach to support management in strategic choices, regarding industrial and intellectual property, the protection of know-how, advertising communication and digital marketing initiatives. We also develop compliance, training and consulting programs on research and development and digital transformation, involving the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain-based technologies.
