We are seeking an experienced and innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Architect to join our Automation team. The RPA Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of RPA solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements aligns with company strategy
  • Develop comprehensive RPA solution blueprints and technical specifications
  • Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and performance metrics
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of RPA solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations
  • Create and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams, process descriptions, and data flow charts
  • Stay current with the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the automation process
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of RPA tools and platforms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in RPA solutions

 

Who are we looking for? People with:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an RPA Solution Architect or similar role
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath 
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • In-depth knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
