We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Functional Analyst to join our Automation team. The Junior RPA Functional Analyst will assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of RPA solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for RPA projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and RPA developers to identify automation opportunities.
- Document process workflows, business rules, and functional requirements.
- Support the design and development of RPA solutions by providing functional insights and clarifications.
- Participate in testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and user documentation for RPA solutions.
- Provide support to end-users during the deployment and post-implementation phases.
- Monitor and report on the performance of RPA solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with RPA technologies and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Who are we looking for? People with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
- Previous experience or internship in business analysis, process improvement, or RPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
