Within sub-service line PC (People Consulting) of EY, the Workforce Transformation & Digital HR team deals with HR issues related to Change Management, Talent & People Development, HR Transformation & Employee Experience for leading Italian and foreign private and public entities.

With a view to strengthening, the WFT&DHR team is looking for a Junior candidate for the Milan office.

 Your key responsibilities

• Shaping and delivering People consulting projects on Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) and Learning & Development at local and global
• Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical and creative thinking, curiosity & passion for HR topics and openness to lifelong learning
• Guaranteeing integration and excellence towards the EY network, at both Italy and Europe-West level

 Skills and attributes for success - To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, psychology, engineering or other equivalent education
• 1-2  years of professional experience within consulting companies
• Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking activities and build compelling analysis reports
• Experience in defining proper metrics to measure the success and return on investment of the proposed strategy and initiatives
• Experience in international projects and multiple sectors
• Fluency in English – understanding, reading and speaking (B2/C1)
• The suitable candidate should have projects experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Experience in supporting and enhancing client’s DE&I maturity by conducting in-depth assessment of the as-is DE&I maturity level and building future DE&I strategic, operational and financial plans
  • Experience in managing the learning program lifecycle including needs analysis, planning, design, promotion, delivery and evaluation of development activities.
  • Experience in analyzing assessment survey results (i.e., engagement survey, wellbeing survey, inclusive index survey) and interview data to detect key insights and provide data-driven recommendations to clients to optimize employees’ wellbeing and engagement
• Nice to have:
  • knowledge and experience in the application of design thinking methodology to design or facilitate co-design workshops by using the most common collaboration tools (Mural, Miro, et.)
  • knowledge of business analysis tools (i.e., Power BI)
