Your key responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence (amministrativa, impiantistica, ambientale) per verificare la trasferibilità degli immobili e la conformità normativa, inclusa analisi documentale, stato autorizzativo e catastale, stima dei CapEx e revisione contratti di locazione.
• Certificazioni e procedure di ripristino delle condizioni di conformità.
• Project Monitoring: analisi dell’avanzamento dello sviluppo immobiliare, verifica dei tempi e della qualità del progetto, controllo contratti d’appalto e costi, verifica SAL e aggiornamento del cash flow.
• Analisi Virtual Data Room: verifica documentazione, check list, Q&A e gestione integrazioni.
• Sopralluoghi e reportistica in italiano e inglese, con supporto al cliente nelle fasi di negoziazione e coordinamento con advisor legali, fiscali e ambientali.

Must have

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o discipline affini

• Esperienza dai 2 ai 4 anni maturata preferibilmente in ambito consulenziale;
• Competenze specifiche in ambito di technical due diligence e project management;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, ed in particolare di Excel che costituisce requisito imprescindibile,
• Conoscenza Autocad;

Nice to have

• Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
• Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Esperienza pregressa in attività di due diligence tecnica e project monitoring
• Conoscenza delle normative edilizie e urbanistiche
• Familiarità con strumenti di gestione Virtual Data Room
