The opportunity


Our Technology Transformation – Financial Services team is in a substantial growth phase, and as a result we are looking for high performing Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to join our successful and growing team.


EY Technology Consulting acts as a strategic transformation partner to a wide range of financial institutions to help define and deliver their business and technology objectives.  We assemble the right multi-disciplinary teams, use consistent and proven global methodologies and tools, and draw on the full breadth of EY’s global network, to deliver value and trusted advice to the clients.  Our service offerings include but are not limited to technology strategy, technology enabled transformation, enterprise architecture, technology operations and cloud service resiliency.


Your key responsibilities


Engage with our Financial Services clients in developing their IT, digital and innovation agenda, and support them on their transformation journey:


Skills and attributes for success


You will have of experience in one or more of the following:


  • Technology strategy and operating model design
  • Design and implementation of transformation projects
  • Architecture including enterprise, business and systems
  • IT service management optimisation
  • Cloud strategy and execution


You will also have:


  • 2-5 years+ of financial services industry-based functional and technology knowledge /experience
  • An analytical mindset
  • Experience coordinating with cross-discipline team members
  • The ability to juggle multiple demands
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills
  • A result orientated and commercially customer focused mindset
