  • Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals and pitches, and helping to grow key client accounts.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing clear direction, constructive feedback and opportunities for professional development.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market-facing activities and the development of new or enhanced service offerings.
  • Champion quality and risk management across engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm requirements.
  • Collaborate across service lines and competencies to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Governance framework design, enhancement and effectiveness reviews, including the Financial Accountability Regime.
  • Risk transformation programs and governance uplift initiatives.
  • Risk culture assessments and organisational change programs.

  • Consumer protection, customer outcomes and conduct risk matters.
  • Strong project and engagement management skills, including the ability to manage teams, budgets, timelines and competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to proposals, account development or new business opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
  • A strong commitment to quality, collaboration and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

We’re interested in your strengths, technical expertise, leadership style, commercial mindset, and willingness to keep learning. Don’t worry if you don’t meet every criterion—what matters most is your ability to create impact, build trusted relationships, and help teams and clients succeed.
