The role:
Join our dynamic HR Transformation team in Australia, where we are dedicated to helping organisations transform their HR functions through innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR and Payroll transformation services to our clients. As a Senior SuccessFactors ECP Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and implementing SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, design and configure SuccessFactors modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
- Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
- Utilise expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
- Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverables
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
- Develop and document functional specifications, system design, and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll.
- Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Mentor and train junior consultants and client team members on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations throughout the implementation process.
- Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.
What we’re looking for

- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems
- Experience working with different HR systems and HR processes including process review and design preference SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience
- Experience in Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance
- Experience working in diverse team teams and/or project management activities on large projects
- Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
