We are excited to invite applications for the role of SAP S4HANA Solutions Architect with a focus on the retail/consumer industry. This role is ideal for a talented and experienced professional with a strong consulting background and a deep understanding of SAP S4HANA solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing tailored SAP S4HANA solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide strategic insights and ensure smooth integration of SAP S4HANA into our clients' operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S4HANA solutions for clients in the retail and consumer industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP S4HANA capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP S4HANA with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor client teams on SAP S4HANA functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and continuously enhance our solution offerings.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting
• Experience in the retail/consumer industry, with a deep understanding of the industry specific processes and challenges. 
• Strong functional and technical cross modules exposure & understanding in greenfield and/or brownfield implementations. 
• Experience working with complex architecture in the SAP ecosystem. 
• Skills and experience in integration between several SAP systems and legacy.
• Consulting skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Managing and delivering SAP S4HANA implementations from planning through go-live.
• Highly developed communication skills and the ability to translate technical talk into everyday language.
