The opportunity
As our SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Lead, you'll lead the Order-to-Cash workstream as part of a large-scale ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics to SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for solution ownership, business process transformation, offshore team leadership and successful delivery of business outcomes across sales, fulfilment and billing processes.
This is a hybrid role based in Naarm/Melbourne, requiring attendance at the client office 3 to 4 days per week.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead business workshops and fit-to-standard assessments covering Order-to-Cash processes, translating current processes into future-state SAP S/4HANA SD solutions.
- Own functional delivery across requirements, business process designs, functional specifications, gap registers and WRICEF requirements, while configuring SAP S/4HANA SD across customer management, sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns and intercompany processes.
- Collaborate with MM, Finance, Data Migration, Security and Integration teams, manage offshore functional consultants, and support testing, deployment, cutover and Hypercare activities.
Skills and attributes for success
- 8+ years of SAP SD implementation experience with strong SAP S/4HANA SD configuration expertise.
- Strong Order-to-Cash process knowledge across sales, fulfilment and billing.
- Experience leading workshops, engaging senior business stakeholders and managing offshore delivery teams.
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience delivering ERP transformations from Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.
- Ability to define requirements for interfaces, reports, forms and enhancements across integrated landscapes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and programme status reporting skills.
