The opportunity
As our SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) Manager, you’ll lead SAP Finance workstreams and client engagements within complex finance transformation programs. You will combine deep FI/CO functional capability, consulting discipline and people leadership to shape fit-to-standard solutions, guide delivery teams, manage senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position based in Naarm - Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead SAP Finance workstreams across design, build, testing, deployment and Hypercare phases of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Design and deliver SAP Finance solutions across Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Reporting and CO-PA.
- Collaborate across Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Technology teams to deliver integrated business outcomes.
- Lead workshops, manage senior stakeholders and provide guidance to functional delivery teams throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates and practice development activities.
Skills and attributes for success
- 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting or implementation experience with strong SAP S/4HANA FICO expertise.
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs through go-live.
- Strong capability across Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and finance transformation.
- Experience leading workshops, engaging executive stakeholders and managing delivery teams.
- Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud or enterprise performance management solutions.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
