As our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Operations Analyst you’ll work in a team to support the SaT Oceania Leadership group. In addition to maintaining an efficient and effective operational support function, you will play an active role in managing relationships with the key stakeholders across the SaT Business including the SaT Enablement Team.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the SaT Head of Operations and Operations Manager to provide effective and timely operations and reporting support, leveraging the expertise of other EY business functions and technology.
  • Assist in the implementation of finance, operations and markets priorities to assist the business meet their growth objectives and operational needs.
  • Interpret and assist to develop business and financial reporting across the business.
  • Work with the broader organization to ensure policy and procedures are met, and continually evolve based on business requirements.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally up to 5 years of corporate experience and 2 years working as a financial, operations or markets analyst.
  • Ability to leverage relevant technologies to deliver your work, including experience in MS Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and ideally MS PowerBI.
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable plans to support implementation of business initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, able to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change champion.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience working in, or a desire to work within a large, complex environment.
  • Confidence, empathy, and business judgement when providing advice.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise with all levels of the business.

We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
