EY Sweeney is a fully integrated part of the EY Advisory business, offering research and strategy planning services to a wide range of businesses across Australia. Being a major actor in the market research industry we have client-centric, outcome-driven approach. 

Our call centre provides advice to our clients based on information collected from our telephone surveys.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

 

This is a casual Market Research telephone interviewer role and requires a high level of customer relations, data entry and written and verbal communications skills. Applicants with attention to detail, ability to keep up-to-date with changes and developments and maintaining a professional attitude in a fast paced environment will be highly considered for the role.

 

  • Weekday (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM) 
  • Weeknights (5:00 PM to 8:30 PM)

 

As part of the EY Sweeney team, you will be expected to consistently deliver high quality data and strive to achieve assigned quotas during your shift. Our team prides itself on working collaboratively and encouraging regular open communication between teams.

 

Skills and attributtes for success

 

To be considered for this position you will have:  

 

  • Exceptional Written and Verbal communication skills.
  • A polite & professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and the greater EY Sweeney team.
  • Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English - excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling is required.
  • Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors.
  • Ability to learn on the job as well as embrace ongoing training and development.
  • A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity.
  • Eligible to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome).
  • Punctual, respectful and professional presentation at all times.
  • Proven understanding of the standards relating to quality data in market research (accuracy, consistency and integrity).
  • Experience in market research will be highly regarded but not essential.

  • The hourly rate commences at $30.04. The rate increases to $33.60 after 50 hours of work (unless you have already obtained these hours with a previous Market Research employer)
