If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environments within high performing teams to deliver client outcomes, then this is the opportunity for you!  We are looking for a Manager to join the Workforce Advisory team in our Melbourne office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with both local and national clients across a breadth of workforce related projects.

The Role: 

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management and/or learning  

• Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations 

• Lead and develop team members  

• Develop proposals and tender responses 

• Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations  

What we’re looking for

• Qualifications in human resources or other related discipline (highly desirable) 

• Demonstrated experience working in change management leadership roles 

• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders 

• Strong leadership and client delivery experience  

• Experience working with ambiguity ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
