If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environments within high performing teams to deliver client outcomes, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Manager to join the Workforce Advisory team in our Melbourne office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with both local and national clients across a breadth of workforce related projects.

The Role:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management and/or learning

Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations

Lead and develop team members

Develop proposals and tender responses
-
Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations

Qualifications in human resources or other related discipline (highly desirable)

Demonstrated experience working in change management leadership roles

Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders

Strong leadership and client delivery experience

Experience working with ambiguity ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
