You will help clients translate strategic objectives into practical operating models, process, service and change outcomes, bringing structure, pace and clarity across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will contribute across a range of transformation contexts, including operational improvement, service model design, capability uplift, process optimization, technology-enabled change, program delivery and implementation planning. You will work closely with client stakeholders and EY teams to define the problem, align the outcomes, manage delivery and support sustainable adoption.

Your key responsibilities

  • Shape transformation outcomes: Work with clients to define the case for change, desired outcomes and practical delivery pathways across business, operations and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Operating model and service design: Support the design and implementation of operating models, service management frameworks, capability models, roles and accountabilities, and ways of working.
  • Process optimisation and improvement: Lead process diagnostics, current-state assessments, future-state design and improvement roadmaps that identify practical opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Program and workstream delivery: Plan, mobilise and manage workstreams, including delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and governance rhythms.
  • Change and adoption: Develop change, communications, engagement and capability uplift activities that support stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes, services and ways of working.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional business and technology teams, building trusted relationships and helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Technology-enabled transformation: Work with technology SMEs to understand digital, data, service management, AI and platform implications, ensuring technology decisions are connected to business outcomes and delivery realities.
  • Team leadership and quality: Manage teams to produce high-quality outputs, coach junior team members and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative and outcomes-focused team culture.

Skills And attributes for success

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, assess current-state challenges, define future-state outcomes and develop practical implementation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, influence business and technology teams, and present clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing workstreams or small teams, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and quality review of deliverables.
