If we inspire you to do the work you love, will you still call it work?
At EY we believe that whoever you are, your uniqueness helps us stand apart.
We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world.
What’s in it for you?

We are looking for an experienced financial reporting specialist to become an integrated part of our teams in Melbourne or Sydney, including high quality Managers with 4+ years professional services or industry experience.
As our Manager, you’ll:

Oversee and supervise the statutory reporting services we provide, including the co-ordination of client and auditor stakeholders.
-
Manage and deliver the full spectrum of corporate financial reporting services based on where our clients’ needs take us with full support from some of Australia’s best Financial Accounting and Advisory and Tax technicians.

-
Contribute to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, strong collaboration and teaming, and celebrates successes.
What we’re looking for

-
Willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
-
Experience in managing remote teams, both within Australia and overseas.
-
Strong communication skills with confidence to lead discussions with clients in relation to both technical matters and in the coordination of engagements.
-
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy with first-class prioritisation and organisational skills.
-
A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to reporting deadlines.
-
A flair for identifying risk and driving continuous improvements and automation.
-
CA qualification or equivalent completed.
-
Technical knowledge of IFRS is essential, and knowledge of another CAAP (e.g. US GAAP) is an advantage (but not essential).
-
