The Opportunity
Our Identity team is expanding, and we are seeking Identity Specialists who can support our clients in implementing robust identity solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on significant engagements involving technologies such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp. This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne.
In Technology Consulting, our focus is to partner with clients to deliver long-term value by helping them navigate complex technology landscapes, drive large-scale transformations, and enhance user experiences. As expectations for identity and access management solutions grow, we are committed to providing cutting-edge services in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Skills and Attributes for success
- Proven experience in identity and access management, with a strong understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and others relevant to identity management.
- Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing identity solutions that enhance security and user experience.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
- Experience in project management within an identity and access management context.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud identity solutions and integration with various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
