As our Senior Consultant, Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of our Financial Services Technology team – based in Sydney and/or Melbourne offices. Joining this team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and developing next-generation products and platforms for our Tier-1 clients.

What we’re looking for 

Here is our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your passion, strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.  

• 3-5 years of experience In Software Engineering 

• Expertise in at least one of the following backend technologies such as; Java, Spring Boot and Node. 

• Front-end skills - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Typescript.  

• Database experience with DynamoDB, MongoDB, Postgres and/or Oracle    

• Experience in building microservice integration with third party system interfaces/APIs including appropriate resilience and security controls. 

• Knowledge of JSON, REST, SOAP, OPEN API/Swagger and XML 

• Knowledge of Event-Driven micro-services development, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Read Models, and Domain Driven Design 

• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture  

• Ability to work in highly collaborative Agile teams  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The minimum salary for this role is AUD$100,000 inclusive of superannuation and dependent on skills and experience.
